Little Bit of Synesthesia
I asked the students to mix up their senses for this project and to think about how a sound might look. They created a collagraph plate by cutting and gluing cardboard to create a textured surface while representing their sound.
Next, using color which also might be related to their sound, they printed their collagraph images.
